Payment methods

We offer secure payment at checkout. Available methods are shown at checkout and may include major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna (pay now, pay later, instalments), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. For approved business customers, invoice payment can be arranged — contact hello@proffsshop.com.

Currency and VAT

Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Consumer prices include Swedish VAT (25%). B2B prices may be shown excluding VAT where indicated. VAT-registered EU business customers may be eligible for reverse-charge purchases — contact us with your VAT number.

Payment security

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections. We never store your full card details on our servers.

When is my card charged?

Your payment method is charged when the order is confirmed. If we cannot fulfil an order, the amount is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Fraud prevention

Orders may be subject to verification checks. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where fraud is suspected.
